Principal's Message

Welcome and Bienvenue to Delwood School. Our school has been providing excellent education to students in Northeast Edmonton for over 50 years. We offer regular English and French Immersion programming for students from Kindergarten to Grade 6. Our vision is: "Success for Everyone."

Delwood is a caring, child-centered, professional environment, encouraging students to explore and engage their curiousity as they strive to achieve their best.

At Delwood School, we will focus on three virtues; RESPECT, RESPONSIBILITY, and SAFETY. These virtues will guide our community as we work together in support of student learning. As a community of life-long learners, students, staff, parents, guardians, and community will gather to contribute to student success. This work will be shaped by the values of accountability, collaboration, equity, and integrity.

I look forward to working with Delwood School families over the school year, developing quality relationships to enhance learning opportunities and success for everyone.

Trina Empson, MEd.
